We offer free delivery across the UK mainland on all mattress orders.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your delivery details and tracking information.

Delivery Partner: We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your mattress arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Slot: You’ll receive a notification or call before delivery to confirm your slot.
If you need to change your delivery date, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your mattress, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the mattress must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Once the returned item has been inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days.
Please note:

We are unable to accept returns for mattresses that have been used, unwrapped, or damaged after delivery for hygiene reasons.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

The mattress must be in good condition and free from damage or stains.

Once collected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your mattress arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
